These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Quest Swingers Club website, membership, events, bookings and services provided by Quest Swingers Club (“Quest”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our website, applying for membership, purchasing a ticket, making a booking or entering our premises, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. About Quest
Quest Swingers Club is an adults-only private lifestyle club.
Quest provides a social environment for consenting adults. All members and visitors are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards other guests, members and staff.
Quest reserves the right to refuse admission or membership and to remove any person from the premises where reasonably necessary.
2. Age Requirement
Quest is strictly for adults.
You must be 18 years of age or over to become a member, attend an event or enter the premises.
Valid photographic identification is required.
Acceptable identification may include a valid passport or other government-issued photographic identification accepted by Quest.
If you cannot provide satisfactory identification when requested, admission may be refused.
3. Membership
Membership is subject to approval by Quest.
Membership:
- Is personal to the member
- Cannot normally be transferred to another person
- Does not guarantee admission to every event
- May be subject to specific event restrictions
- May be suspended or cancelled if these Terms or club rules are breached
Quest reserves the right to refuse or withdraw membership where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
Membership fees are payable in accordance with the current prices displayed by Quest.
4. Entry and Admission
Possession of a membership or event ticket does not automatically guarantee entry.
Quest may refuse admission where there is a reasonable concern relating to:
- Safety
- Security
- Intoxication
- Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour
- Failure to provide appropriate identification
- Breach of club rules
- Capacity restrictions
- Previous misconduct
- Any other legitimate operational or safeguarding concern
Any admission decision will be made by Quest management or authorised staff.
5. Club Rules
All visitors must comply with Quest’s current club rules.
Our fundamental principle is:
NO MEANS NO.
Consent must be freely given, informed and ongoing.
A person can change their mind at any time.
You must respect another person’s decision not to participate in any activity or interaction.
You must not:
- Touch another person without their consent
- Continue approaching someone after they have declined
- Pressure, intimidate or harass another person
- Assume that attendance at Quest means someone has consented to sexual activity
- Record or photograph another person without appropriate permission
- Reveal another person’s attendance or identity without permission
Any serious breach may result in immediate removal and/or termination of membership.
6. Respect and Personal Boundaries
All members and guests are expected to treat others with respect.
Consent applies to every individual interaction and every activity.
Being friendly, flirting, dancing, socialising, kissing or engaging in one activity does not automatically mean consent has been given to another activity.
If someone says “no”, indicates that they are uncomfortable or asks you to stop, you must stop immediately.
7. Intoxication
Quest expects members and visitors to drink responsibly.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears excessively intoxicated or whose behaviour creates a risk to themselves or others.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Anyone found possessing, supplying or using illegal drugs may be removed from the premises and, where appropriate, the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
8. Illegal or Dangerous Behaviour
The following are prohibited:
- Violence or threats
- Harassment
- Non-consensual sexual contact
- Theft
- Damage to property
- Illegal drug possession or supply
- Any illegal activity
- Possession of prohibited weapons
- Behaviour that places another person at significant risk
Quest may immediately remove anyone involved in such behaviour.
9. Photography, Video and Recording
Because Quest is a private adult lifestyle environment, privacy is extremely important.
Photography, video recording or audio recording of other members or guests is not permitted under any circumstances.
You must never secretly photograph or record another person.
You must not publish, upload or distribute photographs, videos or other material identifying another Quest member or guest.
Quest may operate CCTV for security, safety, crime prevention and the protection of members, visitors and staff.

10. Personal Property
Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.
Quest cannot accept responsibility for personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Valuable items should not be left unattended.
11. Damage to Property
You may be held responsible for damage caused to Quest property, equipment, furniture or facilities through deliberate, reckless or negligent behaviour.
Quest reserves the right to seek reasonable compensation for damage caused.
12. Events and Event Restrictions
Individual events may have specific entry requirements.
These may include restrictions relating to:
- Couples
- Single males
- Single females
- Membership
- Dress code
- Age
- Capacity
- Identification
- Event-specific admission requirements
The requirements displayed for an individual event will apply in addition to these Terms.
Quest reserves the right to amend or cancel an event where reasonably necessary.
13. Tickets and Bookings
Where tickets or bookings are available, you are responsible for providing accurate information.
Tickets may be subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, tickets are personal and may not be resold for profit.
Quest may refuse admission where a ticket has been obtained fraudulently or in breach of the applicable conditions.
14. Payments
All prices will be displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time.
The price applicable to a booking will normally be the price displayed at the time the booking is made.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment information supplied by you is accurate and authorised.
15. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend upon the type of membership, booking or event purchased.
Where applicable, cancellation rights will be explained at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where an event is cancelled by Quest, we will provide appropriate information regarding available options, which may include a refund or transfer where appropriate.
16. Membership Cancellation or Suspension
Quest may suspend or terminate membership where a member:
- Seriously breaches the club rules
- Breaches these Terms
- Engages in threatening or abusive behaviour
- Engages in non-consensual behaviour
- Creates a serious safety or security risk
- Provides false information
- Uses another person’s membership
- Engages in illegal activity
- Seriously damages the reputation or operation of the club
Where appropriate, Quest may terminate membership immediately.
Refunds following termination will be considered in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
17. Dress Code
Quest may operate dress codes for particular events.
Where a dress code applies, it will be communicated as part of the event information.
Quest reserves the right to refuse entry where clothing is inappropriate for the specific event or venue requirements.
18. Health and Safety
All visitors must comply with reasonable health and safety instructions given by Quest staff.
Emergency exits, fire equipment and other safety facilities must not be obstructed or interfered with.
Visitors must follow staff instructions during emergencies.
19. Accessibility
Quest will seek to provide reasonable assistance to visitors where possible.

20. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the Quest website is accurate and current.

Subject to applicable law, Quest will not be responsible for losses that:
- Could not reasonably have been expected
- Result from circumstances outside our reasonable control
- Result from your failure to comply with these Terms
- Result from the actions of another visitor or third party
Quest does not accept responsibility for the actions of individual members or visitors.
Each visitor remains responsible for their own behaviour and decisions.

Because Quest operates within an adult lifestyle environment, particular care is taken with confidential membership and attendance information.

24. Confidentiality and Respect for Members
Members and visitors are expected to respect the privacy of everyone attending Quest.
You must not:
- Publicly identify another member as a Quest member
- Share another person’s personal information
- Share private conversations without permission
- Publish photographs or videos identifying other guests without permission
- Use information obtained at Quest to harass or contact another person outside the club
Serious breaches may result in immediate termination of membership.
25. Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding Quest, an event, staff member or another aspect of our service, please contact us.
We will consider complaints fairly and seek to resolve legitimate concerns wherever reasonably possible.
26. Changes to These Terms
Quest may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on our website.
Your continued use of the website or attendance at Quest following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
